HA HUYNH
Ha is a strategic partner at VPI and Investments LLC, working closely with clients, particularly from Vietnam, to navigate lawful United States immigration pathways integrated with long term business and investment planning. She brings more than twenty years of experience in immigration, consular affairs, and international business, with a focus on employment based and investment driven strategies that support legal compliance and sustainable enterprise growth.
Ha also serves as Executive Director and Chief Paralegal at immigration law firms in New York, overseeing complex employment based and business immigration matters for employers, investors, and entrepreneurs across diverse industries. She provides practical guidance to help clients pursue permanent residency while building viable and successful businesses in the United States.
She holds an MBA from the University of Hawaii, graduating in the top five of her class with the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award. Fluent in English and Vietnamese, Ha serves clients with integrity and clear strategic vision.
