Lily has been an integral part of our team for more than six years, working closely with the leadership team in employment-based immigration and client case management. Fluent in Portuguese and English, she plays an important role in supporting Portuguese-speaking clients and families throughout their immigration journey.
With extensive experience in EB-3 case coordination, international students admission and adjustment of status, family-based petition, Lily assists clients from initial intake and case preparation through the various stages of the employment-based immigration process. Having personally completed the EB-3 immigration process herself, she brings a unique understanding of the questions, concerns, and challenges clients may experience along the way.
Lily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a postgraduate degree in Strategic Business Management from Brazil. Combining her professional background, immigration experience, and years of hands-on case management, she works closely with clients and the leadership team to provide clear communication, organized case support, and personalized
