DAN NGUYEN
Dan Nguyen has been an integral part of our team for more than six years, bringing extensive experience in client relations, administrative support, and immigration case coordination. Fluent in English and Vietnamese, Dan serves as an important bridge between our clients and leadership team, ensuring clear communication and attentive support throughout the immigration process.
Dan assists with client intake and preliminary eligibility screening for employment-based immigration, particularly EB-3 cases, as well as family-based and education-related matters. Her experience includes coordinating documentation for the PERM labor certification process, organizing supporting evidence, and guiding clients through document requirements for I-140 petitions. She also has extensive experience assisting clients through the National Visa Center (NVC) and consular processing stages, including preparation of DS-260 immigrant visa applications for principal applicants and accompanying family members.
Dan also coordinates translations and certified translations and helps ensure client documentation is complete, accurate, and properly organized for case preparation and review.
